I’ve had a primary & revision rhinoplasty with the same ‘renowned’ surgeon here in London. The revision used donor cartilage, which I’m told has dissolved. So now my nose is sloped with little bridge support. It gets blocked all day, making speaking difficult. Another big issue is that I sleep on my side. The nose droops towards whichever side I’m sleeping on, blocking the airway closest to the bed. Is there a way to fix this and increase bridge support without doing a third revision?

I see your concern, however, since it is symmetrical on both sides, this is not unsightly. My concern about trying to remove skin on both sides is that asymmetry or notching may ensue. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Hello and thank you for your question. This is not a technique that I would recommend. The fat does not stay in the nose and would mostly be resorbed. A much better option for dorsal augmentation is diced cartilage wrapped in fascia. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified...
