Since my revision, my nose droops to the side blocking my airways. How can I fix it? (Photo)

I’ve had a primary & revision rhinoplasty with the same ‘renowned’ surgeon here in London. The revision used donor cartilage, which I’m told has dissolved. So now my nose is sloped with little bridge support. It gets blocked all day, making speaking difficult. Another big issue is that I sleep on my side. The nose droops towards whichever side I’m sleeping on, blocking the airway closest to the bed. Is there a way to fix this and increase bridge support without doing a third revision?
