Hi all <3 had rhinoplasty primary in 2017. I want to get a more defined tip, and be able to make my side profile reduced, and have the root of my nose start lower down from my forehead. I am 36 y/o, middle eastern, I think ultra thick skin and oily nose. What is an achievable result for me with revision rhinoplasty? I also have compromised breathing (I think nasal valve collapse). Any suggestions on good revision doctors? What is the pro/con of going back to my original provider?
