Hello, Im researching free tissue (fat graft) transfer (or vascularized fat graft transfer) to the nose for volume to the nasal skin (not fat by injection or micro cannula) but grafting in the free tissue fat by "implanting." Is there anyone who uses this technique who can please explain it a bit (how long does it take to transfer fat to the nose, can it be done under local anesthesia, how much fat is typically used, etc.) Any points that would help! Thank you!
