I would recommend a revision rhinoplasty utilizing rib cartilage. I personally do not find ear cartilage to have adequate strength to withstand the deforming forces of scar contracture over time that occur in the nose. I would find a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. I always tell prospective patients to look at the plastic surgeon's training (ideally a 6 year integrated plastic surgery residency and a 1 year aesthetic fellowship accredited by The Aesthetic Society). In addition, examine before/after photos on social media platforms. I would also look at Google or RealSelf reviews.

With your revision in 2023 and hte fact that your nose is still red in photos, you are most likely still healing, meaning that you likely do not have your final result yet. Nonetheless, I always tell my patients it is impossible to get perfect symmetry. I don't know where you started from but my guess is this is probably better than it was. If you absolutely MUST have something done, you need to be aware of the risks involved and that even if you have something done, there's no guarantee. The easiest would be to do a Weir excision on your left side to get rid of some of that flaring to try to match the right and will save you the issues of reopening your nose. However, I would really advsise against it. You can barely tell the asymmetry from any views unless looking up your nose and this is not a view that most people will ever be looking at on you.
