Hi, I had rhinoplasty in 2022 to correct my bulbous tip, make nose smaller and uneven nostrils. Well my nostrils were still uneven and bothersome to me. So I had a revision in 2023 and I’m seeing the same issue I had with my primary rhinoplasty . Is this something that is not fixable. I’ve had cartilage taken from both ears and was told I have thin skin. I feel a bit sad and disappointed
