Is there anything I can do to remove this fibrosis & would laser remove discoloration?

Liposuction under local with the microcanulas can undermine the fibrosis and smooth out irregularities but need bodytite and morpheus as well for best results. It can be improved.

Sorry too hear you are having this problem. I most commonly see this in patients who had laser liposuction. It is a tough thing to fix. I think the best options are steroid shots and aggressive massage. Sometimes I have had to do what is called subcision to release the scar tissue. It can be fixed, or at least be made better
