Female, 54 years of age weight 119 pounds. I had liposuction 360 w/J Plasma I had great skin quality prior to the surgery. And I have a great workout routine 5x week strength training. The provider that performed my services left me botched and with a Fupa. I’m so deeply saddened and depressed I look absolutely terrible! He is now stating he can go back in and break up some things to help smooth out my stomach. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Answer: Botched results after Liposuction 360 w/J Plasma. What can I do to treat this? Thank you for your pictures and questions. It appears obvious to me that you have a skin laxity/excess problem, and that problem will not be solved with liposuction and J-plasma or any other "going back in and breaking up some things" type of approach. The bottom line is that you were probably not a good candidate for the procedure that was chosen and would have been a much better candidate for a skin removal procedure (tummy tuck). That is what is going to fix things moving forward. Go see a plastic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in your area to discuss options. All the best! Answer: Abdomen Your second photos appears that you have some excess skin which could be removed with a mini tuck. An examination is needed to be certain.

Answer: Contour irregularities I'm sorry to hear of the contour irregularities you've experienced from your liposuction procedure. Based on your photos the best way to improve your results would be a tummy tuck. This would remove the excess skin and improve the overall contour.

Answer: Liposuction day plasma of abdomen, leaving irregular skin, and dense options? Cause Based on only two posted photos and I assume the first photo with the red shorts is a before photo and the second photo is an after photo. You obviously had laxative the skin prior to the surgery and maybe even post pregnancy. The surgeon should’ve instructed you preoperatively there is a risk of irregularities because of the laxative skin no matter what treatment done using the Lipo plasma, and the outcome should’ve been anticipated. With that said it still happened at this point based on the only posted photos my recommendation would be, “skin only full tummy tuck”. Fee for that is $5000-$12,000. Best of virtual consult with.

Answer: Plastic surgery outcomes To make an accurate assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure, we need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.Delivering consistent quality Liposuction is more difficult than most people recognize.Based on your pictures, I don’t think you were a good candidate for Liposuction in the first place.J Plasma aka Renuvion is in my opinion a Total failure, and does not deliver anything that manufacture claims regarding skin tightening. Most likely the correct procedure for you would’ve been a full tummy tuck. The decision of having the correct procedure should be based on having a clear understanding of what the underlying problem or ideology is.There are four tissue variables that determine what the abdomen looks like.In other words, if somebody doesn’t like the way their belly looks the problem is one or more of four different tissue layers. The four tissue variables that determine what the abdomen looks like or the following.1) Abdominal skin laxity, typically due to previous pregnancies or significant weight loss.2) Excess subcutaneous fat.3) Muscle separation from previous pregnancies4) excess visceral or abdominal fatLiposuction reduces subcutaneous fat.A full tummy attack primarily treats, abdominal skin laxity, and muscle separation.Texas visceral fat can only be reduced to weight loss.It looks to me like you had pregnancy related changes and this is best treated with a full tummy tuck.To get a quality assessment, I suggest having a few in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community. For second opinion consultations, come, prepare, bringing with you a complete set of proper before and after pictures and a copy of your previous operative reports.Delivering consistent quality, Liposuction results, including the ability to make accurate assessments regarding Each person‘s candidacy for the procedure is more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons to approach mastery of liposuction is in reality quite small. Most plastic surgeons think they’re better at Liposuction than they actually are.Doing revision Liposuction is not going to improve your situation.Liposuction was most likely not the correct procedure in the first place.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
