What can be done to correct contour irregularities 18 months after liposuction? (photos)

I had inner thigh lipo 1.5 years ago, but one of my thighs have a depressed area with lumps showing when I bend my knees. Can this be improved with a non invasive procedure or will I need a revision lipo?

Hello; For bulginess in the legs; you can try for non-invasive methods. However, most likely, it will not meet your expectations. The second possibility is; areas with swelling in the legs; Vaserlipo implementation was performed; fats that distort the contour; is to take. If this method is done properly; it will exactly meet for your expectations.

You can consider a revision to your liposuction to help improve the contour irregularities.  However it is important to understand that further surgery could make it worse.  I encourage you to visit with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your options.

My apologies for the grammatical errors.
To make an assessment regarding the outcome of any plastic surgery procedure, we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
Any surgeon who is going to do revision work on you should have access to those pictures as well.
If you don’t have a proper set up before and after pictures, then contact your previous provider and ask them to forward the pictures they took.
Delivering consistent quality Liposuction results is far more difficult than most people realize.
The number of plastic surgeons who approach mastering Liposuction is in reality quite small.
On top of this inner thigh, Liposuction is technically more difficult than other areas.
The middle of the inner thigh is usually the area where subcutaneous fat is the thinnest, and this area should usually not be treated at all.
Most of the fat needs to be removed in the upper part of the inner thigh, and also around the inner part of the knee, but not in the middle. 
Your outcome shows your provider really didn’t have the skill and experience to do this procedure well.
Correcting or improving poorly done. Liposuction is much more difficult than primary procedure.
There are no quality nonsurgical options to improve your outcome.
I would not waste time or money on non-surgical options.
 Even surgical revision is going to be difficult and can easily make things worse unless you find a sufficiently talented provider.
As I mentioned earlier the number of plastic surgeons who are exceptionally talented at this kind of work.
If you’re motivated enough to have another round of surgery then you need to spend a significant amount of time and effort finding the right provider.
Again, revision work is many times more difficult than primary Liposuction.
to find the right provider, generally recommend people start by making a list of local plastic surgeons who seem to have a lot of experience with Liposuction with a proven track record of doing quality work on inner thighs.
Schedule in person consultations with each of those providers.
Bring before and after pictures of yourself to use as reference during the consultation.
During each consultation as each provider to open up your portfolio and show you their entire collection of before, and after pictures for previous patients who had similar body characteristics who also had inner thigh liposuction.
Being shown only a handful of pre-selected images representing only the best results of a provider career may be insufficient to get a clear understanding of what average results look like in the hands of each provider.
 The best plastic surgeons for doing revision work are usually the same providers who do the best primary Liposuction.
I highly experienced plastic surgeon should have access to 100s or preferably thousands of before, and after pictures for commonly performed procedures like Liposuction.
Take careful notes during each consultation, especially regarding the quality and quantity of before and after pictures.
There’s no correct number of consultations needed to find the right provider.
You already know from firsthand the implication of not selecting providers correctly.
In my opinion Someone in your situation should probably count on having at least five or six consultations before considering selecting a provider.
Any attempt at improving your outcome by someone who is not a true expert can easily make things worse. 
I would not let anybody attempt revision work unless they can show you at least 20 previous cases of high-quality in th Liposuction that gives good looking outcomes.
The biggest mistake I see patients make is having only one consultation and then scheduling surgery.
Having only one consultation eliminates the possibility of choosing a better provider.
I don’t think people can vet providers without meeting them in person.
The second biggest mistake I see patients make is assuming that a plastic surgeon who is certified with Some experience and a handful of positive reviews has mastered most plastic surgical procedures.
This is simply not true.
Most people seem to also believe that Liposuction is a fairly easy and straightforward procedure.
It is not.
Mastering Liposuction is one of the more difficult things to achieve and the number of classic surgeons who approach mastery of the surgery in their lifetime is small.
Most plastic surgeons think they’re better at Liposuction than they actually are.
Be more selective than you think necessary.
If you really want to get this fixed, then plan on spending the time and effort to interview a significant number of providers. Pray
If none of them seem like obvious contenders, then continue the interviewing process until You find someone who is.
Finding the right provider for plastic surgery procedures is way more difficult than most people realize.
Considering that Liposuction is actually a very complex procedure that most providers don’t ever master and revision work is much more difficult than Primary liposuction finding the right to provider may be a challenge.
On the other hand in the hands of the right provider, you should be able to get the results you were looking for.
Look for plastic surgeons who specialize exclusively in Liposuction.
If you consult with corporate Outfits that have chains of clinics and then make sure you’re only consulting with the actual provider who’s going to be doing your procedure.
Make sure you see before and after pictures of that individuals work, not general “show and tell” pictures the company is using for marketing.
