Is there a way to reduce the protrusion of my upper lip area? (Photos)

My mouth area protrudes from my profile and my orthodontist confirmed this is not a dental problem. I’m not sure what this tissue bulk is but I can press it down will little force and it reduces the protrusion.

It is possible that an eccentric lip lift could help you. It does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This takes 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $4,000.
