Will a future face or neck lift affect otoplasty results?

Im getting otoplasty in a few months and been told I’m not eligible yet for a facelift. However if I chose to have a facelift , will this disrupt the Otoplasty results in a few years . I’m Going to have permanent stitches behind the ears to secure them. I also worry about if i need a necklift in the fiture how this will disrupt my results too.
