Do running and weight lifting impact longevity of facelift results?

I had a deep plane facelift and a necklift procedure a year ago m. - 40 year-old male. I regularly go to gym, weight lift and run. I am worried that repetitive downward movements when running and use of neck muscles when lifting weight started to slightly relaxed tightness of my face muscles and skin and negatively impact longevity of facelift results.
