Facelift Revision Specialists: How Do You Correct Bilateral Pixie Ear and Tragus Deformity? (Photos)

Several surgeons I have consulted have advised waiting 10–15 years until I develop sufficient skin laxity for a deep plane facelift revision. However, given my age (28), I am seeking alternative solutions if possible. I cannot wait that long. My life has been ruined by this surgery as it’s the only thing I think about. My social life and my education are suffering as a result as well as my mental health. I also have a botched scar from previous hairline lowering, so 24/7 i have to wear my hair down and around my face - it’s impractical, unhygienic and messy. I dont wanna live like this anymore. I dont want to hide behind my hair, i dont want to hide my face and bone structure - i want to take advantage of my youth by showing my face off! • Are tissue expanders ever used in facelift revision cases to create additional skin for reconstruction? (I was told no previously) • Is there any surgical approach that can correct pixie ear deformity, scarring and tragus distortion in patients with limited excess skin? • why did this happen what are my options,? I understand this is a complex revision case. **blonde picture is before, brunette pictures are now**
