Three years post deep plane facelift - cheek flat, smile crooked. How can this be fixed? (Photos)

I had a deep plane facelift 3 years ago. i was immediately unhappy afterwards due to the flat spots on my cheeks and my smile being crooked, on the right side. I was told to wait a year for it to settle and when I went back at the one year mark I was gaslit and told that nothing is wrong and I look great. Same happened at the 2 year mark and now 3 years later they say they can see the unevenness and suggested going in under my eyes to potentially fix it but no guarantees. Can some one please tell me what may have happened and more importantly, what, if anything, can be done to fix it? I have been hiding inside for 3 years because I refuse to let anyone I know see my this way.

Thank you for your question. A significant number of face and necklift patients have had previous work. Sometime s a revision is more complicated, sometimes relatively easy, depending on how it was performed before. Having a previous procedure does not exclude you from future procedures.
