Thrilled with my Results

I am thrilled with my results! I am seven weeks post-surgery from my Deep Plane Lift, eyebrow lift, upper blepharoplasty, and fat transfer for the lower eyelids. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Dr. Moynihan was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, addressing any concerns I had. His staff was also exceptional. They promptly answered my questions and ensured that I was scheduled for any necessary follow-ups.

Fantastic Face Lift Surgery Experience

I’m extremely happy with my deep plane facelift and the entire experience. From my consultation through recovery, I felt well cared for and confident in Dr . Moynihan and his team. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. I especially appreciated the time that was taken to explain the procedure, what to expect during recovery, and the realistic timeline for seeing the final results. The recovery required patience, but the results have been absolutely worth

I Had a Wonderful Experience

Dr. Moynihan did an incredible job with my nose. He did both a rhinoplasty and septoplasty to fix my deviated septum. For years i would try to hide my nose behind big glasses or piercings. Now I have the nose I always dreamed of no longer have to hide it and I can properly breathe from my nose. From consult to post op, Dr. Moynihan and his office were available for my questions and concerns regarding the whole process.

Amazing Experience! So Happy

I had a rhinoplasty 6 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with the results! Dr. Moynihan is super kind and clear about everything, and everyone who works in the office is amazing. It looks like the photoshopped results and had minimal recovery pain.

My Results and Experience Was Amazing!

In February I had a deep plane facelift and deep plane neck lift (along with a CO2 laser treatment) with Dr. George Moynihan and his wonderful team at Gold Coast Plastic Surgery in Chicago. The results are amazing and my photo at 12 weeks post surgery speaks for itself! Dr. Moynihan is truly an artist. His work is flawless. He, along with his team was wonderful at every step in the process — which to my surprise was much easier than I ever expected. I am excited to feel like

Deep Plane Facelift with Dr. Moynihan

As a 58-year-old nurse and attorney, I spent time researching deep plane face lift procedures and consulting with different surgeons before ultimately choosing Dr. Moynihan for my deep plane facelift. With my medical background and attention to detail, I had very high standards and wanted results that looked youthful, elegant, and most importantly — completely natural. Dr. Moynihan exceeded every expectation I had. From the very first consultation, I was impressed by his professionalism,

Amazing Results Yet Still Look Like Me!

I am a 59 year old woman who had loose skin around my jawline that bothered me. I found Dr Moynihan because I was looking for a highly skilled facial plastic surgeon who specialized in performing deep plane facelifts. After my consultation in early 2025, I underwent a deep plane facelift, neck lift and a temporal brow lift in May, 2025. I am very pleased with the results, I look “refreshed” and completely natural which is the result I was looking for. I highly recommend Dr

Eight weeks out from a neck and brow lift, and every time I look in the mirror, I’m astounded

Dr. Moynihan is in a league of his own. I’m eight weeks out from a neck and brow lift, and every time I look in the mirror, I’m astounded by the quality of his work. He’s not the first plastic surgeon I’ve consulted with, but he is undoubtedly the best. I’m not trying to blow smoke here, but the doctor has a gift. Have you seen his before and after photos? He subscribes to the "less is more" philosophy and won't perform a procedure unless he truly believes it’s warranted. For

I Had an Amazing Experience, You Won't Regret It!

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Moynihan in June of 2023 and had the best experience! From my 1st consultation, to the day of the procedure and the aftercare! Susan the surgery coordinator was also amazing and so sweet. As a bonus the office is beautiful as well. So my nose was on the wider side, bulbous and droopy tip. I've always disliked it and felt it didn't fit my features. However, most rhinoplasty's you see are to remove a hump on the bridge. What I wanted was different, so
