6 mo. post septorhinoplasty revision nose lacks definition and appears lumpy / uneven - could this be due to swelling? (photos)

Based on your photos, your skin on your nose appears to be shiny, and there is a bit of a c-shaped appearance. And your nasal appearance is a bit wide from top to bottom. I do not believe that you are looking at a final result, and your nose simply looks swollen.
