After a number of months, one of my implants has not dropped. What are my options for having a breast lift? (Photos)

Your breasts are asymmetrical in volume, shape and position. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

External ultrasound therapy may be helpful to lower your implant, or surgery. Right now, a lift would be a limited help. Your breasts naturally sit somewhat low on your chest and the bases cannot be raised.

As I see from your photographs that your right breast still needs time to have to drop. Even if they do not come to the equal level, with the breast lift they can be brought to the similar levels. ( I do not say the same level or complete symmetry because symmetry is almost impossible to achieve in breast surgery due to anatomical differences of the rib cage and pre-operative breast size and shape.

Better photos : frontal close up and side pics are really necessary to better answer your questions. You appear to require a lollipop mastopexy (breast lift).

From your photos, the location of your nipple areolar complexes are obscured by a marker, but they appear to point downward. The location of your surgical scars and the inferior aspect of the breasts are obscured by your breasts. Your breasts appear significantly asymmetric in size and shape.
Breast implants usually settle into position after 8-12 weeks. How long has it been?
From the information provided, I cannot ascertain if the asymmetry was a preexisting problem or if the implants reside at different altitudes on your chest wall following your surgery. An examination is required.
Revisit your plastic surgeon for a complete examination and discussion.
