I had a breast uplift and changed my implants. I had 425 and 450 to correct size difference. But the size difference is even worse now. The larger implant is in my right breast but it still looks too small. The nipple on the right is also in the wrong position. I love the look of my left breast but the right looks awful. What can I do? I had breast surgery 1 year ago now
Answer: Breast implant revision Hi, sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your original surgery. There are a few options here - the volume difference is relatively straightforward to correct with a larger implant on the right side. The asymmetry in nipple height could be addressed by adjusting the skin envelope on each side - the differences that you have are in both nipple height and the distance from your nipple to the fold below your breast - these would both need adjustment in order to achieve better symmetry.

Answer: Breasts If the right implant is larger, you can go down in size. That may put the nipples in a more even position. Otherwise, the left nipple can be raised slightly to match the right.

Answer: Correction of breasts after breast lift and implants Nipple position after implant revision surgery Displacement of Implants: Over time, the implants may shift in any direction causing the need for a revision. In rare cases, a “bottoming out” effect occurs, in which, the implant sinks too low in the chest wall causing the nipple to appear to point upward or be position too high. Stretch occurs: when the breast tissue itself stretches between the nipple and fold increasing this distance Though uncommon, this complication can occur from poor implant placement, skin laxity, weight loss, or breastfeeding. During a breast revision, your plastic surgeon restores the natural breast crease and adjusts the implant into a more natural position. It may be possible to do this internally again. but it also may require an inframammary incision or peri areolar incision to decrease the nipple to fold distance
