Hi, sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your original surgery. There are a few options here - the volume difference is relatively straightforward to correct with a larger implant on the right side. The asymmetry in nipple height could be addressed by adjusting the skin envelope on each side - the differences that you have are in both nipple height and the distance from your nipple to the fold below your breast - these would both need adjustment in order to achieve better symmetry.

If the right implant is larger, you can go down in size. That may put the nipples in a more even position. Otherwise, the left nipple can be raised slightly to match the right.
