Mastopexy /augmentation not an option? (Photo)

smartarotelle
I'm in my forties and considering a mastopexy augmentation. I lost a lot of weight years ago and now I can afford to fund cosmetic surgery I've been told by one consultant that I've lost too much elasticity around my bust to have a successful mastopexy /augmentation. I have a second consultation booked so what questions should I be asking about my options? My boobs are very saggy and I was hoping to restore volume to the upper pole of my breasts
