Mentor vs Motiva! BL with implants?

A breast augmentation and breast lift is a complex operation that sometimes has issues during the healing period that require surgical care. It requires a surgeon to be at the top of their game, and even then complications can happen. More commonly, it is done in a manner that is not aesthetically pleasing, e.g. nipples too high, breast mound shae is off, implants drop out, or prominent scaring. Other more serious complications include delayed healing, necrosis of tissue (including the nipple), infection, and capsular contracture around an implant. If you are a medical tourist be careful. Mentor offers a range of implant models that vary from relatively new technology to 30 year old models. Motiva is all new and perhaps the pinnacle in design.

Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs. However, if you are a D then you do not need implants. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

There is a big difference between 200 and 400 cc's. I prefer Mentor implants since they are a great company and have stood the test of time.
