You have too much loose skin to be filled by a small implant. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

Implants shouldn't slow you down. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements. I would suggest a lift and, if you want, small implants. I am a great fan of small implants in runners and also there is less sagging over time since they are not heavy.

Hello, having small implants is a personal choice, and I know you don't want a bigger projection so you can keep accomplishing physical activities.You will not achieve the intended result with loose skin in such sizes.To achieve the desired result, it is recommended that you combine a breast lift with implants.
