34 DD Pre-op, Wanting a Lift with 425cc Implants

Question

I understand there is no exact formula for post-op size but can anyone tell me what they think as far as a lift and 425cc implants? Roughly how big would that put me? I have always had larger breasts and I want that fullness back. I am a 34DD right now.

I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired.

I’ll give you a little piece of advice. Just do the lift first and add implants later if you want. Trying to do it in one stage is a guarantee for a poor result.  I’ve been down this road before

You have plenty of breast tissue now and would do best with just a lift. If you add 425 cc, you will probably add 3 cups. With this size, your breasts will be heavy and sag again.

You have 34DD breast and using implant will not work in long run. The reason you have sagging of the breast is that you had large breast and using implants will cause early sagging. If you were 34 b, lift and implants would be a great option. I would recommend lift and fat grafting for upper pole fullness. You can see my web site for similar results.
