Should I do both a lift and augmentation at the same time or just do the augmentation and see if that is enough? Doing a tummy tuck too. And with my body type what kind/ size of implant?

Answer: Lift may be suitable A side photo would confirm this but it does appear that your nipples are below your breast fold, which would make a breast lift suitable. With breast augmentation alone, the implants would sit rather low on your chest and you wouldn’t get any fullness in the upper portion. A lift and augmentation can be performed at the same time, depending on your surgeon’s recommendation. For sizing, a range would be recommended by your surgeon. This would be based on your current body dimensions and goals.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
