Will liposuction of anterior thighs and knees cause loose skin and more visible cellulite?

This is related to a Round 2 BBL. I already had consultations with several board certified plastic surgeons. Some of them say it's ok to do liposuction of the inner thighs, anterior thighs and knees. Others say I should only lipo the inner thighs because I will get loose skin and more visible cellulite if I get lipo of anterior thighs and knees. Who am I supposed to trust as a patient?

It is difficult to say the likelihood that you will have loose skin and increased cellulite from further liposuction without knowing the elasticity of your skin, how much fat will be harvested, and your goals for surgery.  You do run the risk of loose skin and cellulite with these procedures.  Adding J Plasma may help with tighten the skin.  Since you mentioned you have seen several surgeons I encourage you to review their credentials, before/after photos, and consider with whom you feel most comfortable.

Loose skin after liposuction is always a possibility depending on the quality of your skin. If your skin is loose before the liposuction it will be loose after. It should be possible to do liposuction of the anterior thigh without creating skin problems. Surgeons have to know how much fat to remove and use good technique to leave the fat layer even.

You should choose the surgeon you think will do the best job for you and this should be decided by their overall demeanor and approach during consultations, how many quality before and after pictures they have, the absence of justified negative reviews on the various physician review websites and your overall sense of feeling about them as a caring and professional person.

Second BBLs can sometimes be questionable and there may be other areas were fed can be harvested as well.
