Bariatric surgery is the answer, but there are options other than gastric bypass. Endoscopic sleeve, Oberra balloon.

Liposuction is not appropriate for morbid obesity. Surgically removing the fat is not at all like losing weight for your body physiologically.

What you are proposing is not appropriate, is dangerous and converse not likely be accomplished.

You have an obesity problem which need to be addressed through weight loss.

Hello and thanks for your questions. Liposuction operation is a body contouring surgery. Even though removing the extra fat from your body will contour your body and you will significant amount of weight, Weight loss is not the main goal of the liposuction. Your BMI is over 35 which is the limit of body contouring operation. I strongly suggest you to have gastric surgery first and have the liposuction or tummy tuck after that.

Run as fast as you can from this person. Liposuction is not for weight loss. Any liposuction more than 3 liters (about 3kg) should be done in a hospital or accredited facility and any over 5 kg should entail an overnight stay. Not even in dedicated facilities that use liposuction to help with weight loss do they do more than about 5-10 L and this is unsafe except in centers that specialize in it. At 160 kg (352 lbs) the only relatively safe surgical alternative is bariatric surgery by an experienced team. When you have lost down to 89 kg by bariatric surgery or diet you are most likely to need body contouring surgery than liposuction.
