Hi! I have thin skin & lost alot of weight in the past. Ive also gotten jaw surgery & braces. My smile lines, philtrum & lip corner has gotten droopier. I tried lip fillers & I really liked it but it started migrating so I was thinking of getting a lip lift instead. What concerns me is that there is loose skin/leftover filler on the sides of my lips. I attached a picture. It really bothers me but I dont know what to do to fix it. Will a lip corner lift help? Thank you so much!

It looks like you could benefit from a medialized external lip lift as well as an OOS lip lift (which is an ameliorated version of the traditional lip lift I invented).

The procedure has a minimal scar that is difficult to detect and can be carried out under local anesthesia. Its purpose is not only to lift the corners of the mouth but also to enhance the visibility of the red lip at both ends of the upper lip while reducing any undesirable downward slope from the center. This grants the surgeon exceptional control over the upper lip's shape, making it a highly effective technique. Despite its apparent simplicity, achieving pleasing results with symmetry in this procedure can be quite challenging even for experienced surgeons due to the need for meticulous attention to detail.

Based on your photos, it looks like your lateral lip does hide to some degree and would benefit from a corner lip lift, which is essentially a small triangular excision of skin just above the lip that helps to roll the red lip and give more show. You have a little fullness just adjacent to the corner of your mouth, which could just be from smile movement in photo, but could also be residual filler. An in-office evaluation by a facial plastic surgeon would be the best approach to seeing customized options for your exact situation.
