I am petite 5'3" 41, had 2 kid, breast fed for years. I've been happy with the size but id like them to be perkier again and possibly a bit of projection but dont want to be big and want them to look and feel natural

Answer: Considering options You may want to explore autoaugmentation with a lift. During this procedure your own tissue is used to give more upper pole fullness. This is not a fat graft. You may also opt for a small implant if you are wanting more volume. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Breast lift and breast aug Hello, thank you for your question. A breast lift can help move the breast tissue upwards but you will not get the upper pole fullness since the natural breast tissue over time and with gravity tend to settle down to the bottom. You may want to speak to your plastic surgeon about having a small implant to give you some of the fullness on top. Or other options to consider for upperpole fullness with your lift is fat grafting. The breast lift/mastopexy addresses the sagginess of the breast by removing excess skin and the breast augmentation will had volume to the breast. There are several different types of lifting including many lifts that do not have many scars. This does not necessarily mean that you need lifting though as it depends what size breast implant you want and your examination so it is not always needed.
