Based on your photos, I believe a breast lift alone may leave you with a great aesthetic. By lifting the breast, you should be left with better cleavage and perkier breasts. I recommend speaking with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and concerns.

Hello, thank you for your question. A breast lift can help move the breast tissue upwards but you will not get the upper pole fullness since the natural breast tissue over time and with gravity tend to settle down to the bottom. You may want to speak to your plastic surgeon about having a small implant to give you some of the fullness on top. Or other options to consider for upperpole fullness with your lift is fat grafting. A breast lift can be done with breast augmentation so that the breasts can be more youthful looking. The breast lift/mastopexy addresses the sagginess of the breast by removing excess skin and the breast augmentation will had volume to the breast. There are several different types of lifting including many lifts that do not have many scars. This does not necessarily mean that you need lifting though as it depends what size breast implant you want and your examination so it is not always needed.

I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon who is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and has plenty of experience in breast augmentation & lifting surgery. Go over your concerns with them and make sure above all, you walk out of there with several options and an idea of the pros and cons to each of them as well as realistic expectations. I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. They then get to choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You may want to explore autoaugmentation with a lift. During this procedure your own tissue is used to give more upper pole fullness. This is not a fat graft. You may also opt for a small implant if you are wanting more volume. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.
