5'5, 10st, 32B, what are your thoughts on incision type for tubular breast correction? (Photos)

5'5, 10st 2, current size 32 B. I have an upcoming consultation for a tubular breast correction, and just wanted to get some opinions beforehand. After previous consultations, I am considering between 270-300cc (although I appreciate I’ll need to get the surgeon’s opinion on what is feasible). I don’t dislike my nipples/areolas, and would also be fine with some stretching. I’m cautious of peri/circumareolar incisions- what are your thoughts on incision type in this situation? Thanks!

Tuberous breasts are characterized by a constriction of tissue around the nipples and an undefined breast fold. You don’t appear to display these traits.
