Hi ive been told by 1 surgeon id need a ETT but by another surgeon ive been told im a candidate for ETT & FDL. Im not a fan of the vertical scar but surgeon 2 told me i could have abit of loose skin aftet Lipo at the top of my tummy. I dont feel i have too much fat at the top of my tummy and i dont get any roles at the top of my tummy either when i sit but i do get alot of skin when i lean over. I need muscle repair and am hoping with that, i may be able to rone my stomach. Ive had 4 children and rapid weightloss of 6 stone within 5 months

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos, you do definitely do not need an FDL. You are a great candidate for a lipoabdominoplasty. I do these procedures in our certified office surgical suite under deep intravenous sedation. You do not need a fleur de lis. The fleur de lis is done with excess horizontal width, which you do not have. Also in your photographs, your breasts are quite low. I recommend you begin with a breast lift using the Bellesoma technique. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. This will also lift the upper abdominal skin and make the tummy tuck easier to perform. At the same time, the tummy tuck can be done.

Please do not consider a fleur-de-lis pattern tummy tuck.  I do not believe you need this at all.  It seems you could expect a beautiful result from a regular tummy tuck, which may need to be extended a little longer than some others as needed.  But the length of the scar is different for every patient and usually, in a quite straightforward fashion, a decision is made regarding what is best for your anatomy and the outcome.  Even after an abdominoplasty, when you sit down, you will have a lower abdominal roll.

Thank you for the question. Definitely not a FDL. ETT with muscle repair is the best option, but if you want to lift the buttocks the body lift (which includes ETT) would be the surgery for you.

A traditional tummy tuck (slightly extended) with liposuction, muscle tightening will give you nice results after multiple pregnancies and weight loss.

I perform a lot of FDL, but you do not need a vertical component / scar

From the submitted photos it appears that a standard tummy tuck or extended with some liposuction would give you a great result.  It doesn't appear an FDL approach is necessary.  The tummy tuck and lipo will remove excess subcutaneous fat and skin and correct abdominal wall laxity.  The result will be a flatter, tighter tummy and your curves will be accentuated.
