I am posting a few pics of myself. I feel like I look old. Even when I was a kid, my face didn't have many attractive qualities. I put a pic when I was a kid as well. Brown haired girl. Lol

Beauty is not the perfect symmetry but go toward the symmetry, balance and proportion among the different areas in our face. My approach involves a very detailed assessment of the face as whole unit analyzing the upper, middle and lower face including Jaw line and neck area, both side, different views, and using a bespoke treatment with dermal fillers and medical devices for skin tightening. The above approach with dermal fillers in the right place/layer can address your concerns and achieve balance and proportion among the different areas (i.e. cheeks, mid-face, jaw lines, lips and chin) in your face with a natural looking result.

So many of us are our worst critics, and this may very well be the case here. While the photos provided here are admittedly not ideal for making a reliable assessment of what actually might be needed (if anything), the only areas that may benefit from treatment are the the incipient smile lines and mildly drooping angles of the mouth.The use of a soft, malleable, cohesive, low viscosity HA filler can elevate a smooth the smile lines and a more robust HA filler can lift and straighten the angles of mouth. Both procedures, in experienced hands, can be performed in one treatment session of about twenty minutes, with immediate results that typically elicit a "Wow!" response. First, I would not recommend surgery. You have very attractive features, and I truly fear that your goal of "attractiveness" will not be achieved through surgery/injectables etc.

I think that you should talk to someone in the health care field, but a plastic surgeon/dermatologist is not the right option for you.

In my experience, I have dealt with similar patients and there is often some underlying psychologic trauma in their past. I can't assume that for you, but I'm just sharing my experience.

Do your best to focus on doing what makes you happy, and spend time with others who make you feel good about yourself. You look like a very kind person. Live your life with similar people.

You look beautiful. I don't think you need much done at all. We can try a small amount of filler in nasolabial fold and may be cheek augmentation . From the pictures you submitted that is what I think will be necessary.

OMG you are a very attractive woman. Please stop telling yourself otherwise.  From your photos I would suggest to keep that youthful glow you would want to make sure that you are using medical grade skin care products with Vitamin C and A, moisturize and exfoliate your skin as needed.  You should wear sunscreen everyday all year round.  You might want to do some in office procedures such as a diamond glow facial and/or microneedling for maintenance.
