I have had this all my life and I’ve tried to do glute exercises at the gym recently but I just wondered if it’s a waste of time and if it’s something surgery would only be able to fix? I don’t think it fits the description of banana rolls so I don’t really know what’s happening with it and why it’s like that? Is it weak muscle? Fat? I’m 5”4.5 and 62kg I’m hardly overweight and I never have been I’ve always been slim

Answer: Thong Lift Thank you for your question. Over the years, I have really focused on the lower buttock droop. I have developed certain techniques to improve this. You are an excellent candidate for a thong lift which is a lower buttock lift. Specifically, it really helps with boxy shaped lower buttocks, rounds out the lower buttock, and removes the redundant extra skin of the lower buttock. Best wishes to you.

Answer: Double gluteal fold The presence of a double butt crease, also known as a "double gluteal fold," can have several possible causes (anatomy and genetics, muscular development, fat distribution, skin elasticity. Non-invasive procedures like radiofrequency, ultrasound, or laser therapy can help tighten the skin and improve the overall appearance of the buttocks. These treatments promote collagen production and can be used in conjunction with exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Liposculpture or surgical excision could also be considered (as surgical options). A consultation is necessary to discuss your goals and what is achievable with each procedure. I hope this helps, best of luck !
