I wear a 28GG(UK) and 28J(US) bra size. I want more upper pole fullness, my breast to sit in a higher position on my chest, and more volume if needed for my desired results. I want to have plump high breast without a bra. I don't want a reduction as I don't want a smaller cup size, and enjoy big breast. I don't want Implants as everything implanted into the body is going to prompt an immune response. I've heard many breast implant illness stories.

Answer: Inverted T breast lift Hi from Istanbul! You mention that you do not want implants but I wouldn't advise implants for you anyway as you already possess ample breast tissue to achieve a full, solid appearance for your breasts. An inverted T breast lift, or anchor mastopexy, can help realize your vision of plumper, higher-situated breasts without a bra. The upper pole could potentially be supplemented by fat grafting if needed for enhanced fullness. Of course, the most suitable approach would be determined after an in-person consultation.

Answer: Possible with a lift Hi knitypixy, The photo was very helpful. Your breasts have too much skin for their volume, resulting in a vertical descent of the breasts. Your nipples are low, and the areola are spread. A breast lift has the potential to counteract all of these, by removing excess skin, reducing the size of the areola, and moving the nipple to vertically higher position. With the amount of nipple movement, a small amount of breast tissue might need to be removed. However, in general, the lower pole excess breast skin and breast tissue can be re-purposed to provide central fill. A breast lift will not reliably provide long-term upper pole fill, which can only be done with an implant. I hope this helps.
