I have PEEK jaw and chin implants but my face is still wonky and jawline and chin weak. Previous double jaw surgery for idiopathic condylar resorption but unhappy with the results as i think too small. Can these be replaced or is it more complex, i have seen better results than i achieved. At my wits end, my jaw as a child was lovely and strong and now i have a double chin and little definition.

The size and length of time since the surgery have an impact on the amount of skin laxity following removal. If you place a larger implant or undergo a sliding genioplasty then there should be no laxity. If you elect to simply have the implant removed, there could be some skin laxity and sagging.
