I've had a rhinoplasty with cartilage grafts, which has given my tip a very bulky feel. The surgeon used grafts as he said I had lack of tip support and the cartilage from my tip had moved to the middle part of my nose. Will my tip always feel stiff and inflexible or will the cartilage grafts get softer and integrate into the skin of my nose? Also if after a year I'm unhappy with the result could I go have a revision and my nose tip put back to being soft, flexible and droopy.
