I have been really happy with my nose following rhinoplasty April 2021, it had appeared straight and looked good in photos from all angles, however, within recent months an indentation has began to show which causes shadowing and makes my nose appear crocked especially in flash photos or in dark lighting. I have an review ap booked with my surgeon however I am wondering what could have caused this, what can be done and if this will get worse. I had a steroid inj on the opposite side 9 months ago

I would have a very honest conversation with your surgeon about what your outcome. I would bring in your concerns on printed out photos so you can readily show what you are seeing. If you are not able to have a similar opinion of your outcome with your surgeon....I sometimes recommend finding...
