Hi. I had a rhinoplasty done in may 2022. 4 months after I noticed a flute sound coming from on side of my nose. I got a correction surgery October 2023. After that it became worse, and I also experience loud sound when I breath in. What can be the reason for this, and is there anything I can get done to get rid of this. I can’t concentrate and sleep, and I am exhausted and mentally drained. The surgeon also does not take this seriously. What can I do?
