Hi, I wonder what happens if I underwent revision rhino again for alar retraction? It is not addressed at all in the first revision with rib graft. All of those previous rib cartilages would be removed and nose will be reconstructed from scratch? So my rib is wasted for nothing? I don’t need alterations for the shapeonly need nostrils lowered so less columella show? Currently it is like 10mm.
