34, generally healthy. Gained weight after baby but always had double chin. I am considering liposuction. I’m not sure whether this is something that will rectify the issue. I would like a more defined jaw line. I know it won’t be incredibly defined but at least to see it. I visited a consultant recently and he said I’m not a suitable candidate as it’s just the way I’m build. Apparently I have a short wide neck. This is since I gained weight so I was slightly confused with his conclusion.
