I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Thanks for your question. As these are new changes in your breast I would recommend a thorough breast examination and some imaging of your implants to ensure check their integrity. These symptoms could be unrelated to your implants, or due to an implant related problem such as rupture or capsular contracture. A face to face assessment would enable an individualised assessment and recommendation.

The one side has bottomed out some and may be more irritating to a sensory nerve. The pocket could be tightened. You might consider going down in size.

Its difficult to be sure whether there is a problem and what that might be. There is some asymmetry but it is mild and without seeing pre- and post-surg photos its difficult to know if this is something that was always there to some extent. It could be that there is an implant rupture or some fluid around the implant and the only way to be sure is to get a scan either US or MRI...usually would start with ultrasound and then do MRI if uncertainty remains. It may also be that case that the other breast has become firmer with a slight capsule and the breast you are concerned about has remained softer. You may be able to get checked out by NHS breast clinic for this.
