female, 27, 5”3 and 9 stone and medium skin tone. I had 325cc implants over the muscle in September 2020. Recently, I noticed aching and numbness below my nipple, along with shooting pain. I can't lean forward or lie on my back without discomfort, and I now require a bra to sleep and perform daily activities. The affected breast appears visibly lower and is soft. My range of movement is limited, and I can't exercise even with a sports bra. Symptoms have worsened since July 2023, but the initial gurgling sound has stopped.

If you feel you are too small, then go up to 400 cc's. Your surgeon can examine and measure you and tell you what range of sies best fits your frame and tissue.
The 2000 cc size does not look good on anyone and is much too large. If you insist on keeping such and can find a surgeon to do it, go with air. The weight of 4000 cc's of fluid on your chest will be too heavy on your neck, shoulders, and breasts and they probably will fall out of the incisions....
