I had my first set of implants in 2015, and had them replaced in 3/2023 due to capsular contracture. Went from 425cc silicone to 450cc highly cohesive silicone, only to get a massive hematoma in the left breast along with a very large indentation (also had fat transfer done to breasts), a week later had them redone, but was convinced to go to 520cc. Now, the right side literally feels unattached, it’s flipped on me several times, and falls into my armpit. Full revision? Or mesh? Sooo defeated!!!

The 2000 cc size does not look good on anyone and is much too large. If you insist on keeping such and can find a surgeon to do it, go with air. The weight of 4000 cc's of fluid on your chest will be too heavy on your neck, shoulders, and breasts and they probably will fall out of the incisions....
