I don’t know how my breasts truly look because i feel that they look completely different on camera than they do in the mirror. I’m scared of getting intimate because i’m ashamed of my breasts and feel that they’re not attractive. I also have flat nipples (unless they’re stimulated or it’s cold) and i can’t afford surgery so i’m not sure what i could possibly do.

Answer: Breasts You have nothing "wrong" with your breasts and look very natural. You have a very pretty size for your frame. One is slightly larger and both sag some. Your girls are not twins but sisters and many women have different sizes and shapes to their breasts. Your nipples are also fine. Stop worrying about your breasts or go visit with a plastic surgeon to discuss options.

I think the most important thing to appreciate is that just like faces and bodies, breasts come in a diverse variety of shapes and sizes and you should not consider yourself to be abnormal or unattractive. The description you give about nipples is also normal and certainly not abnormal. Think of the positives - you have a good amount of natural breast volume / quantity - approx C cup by the looks of your photos - and there are plenty of women who have little or no natural breast tissue at all. I wonder whether you would consider seeing a councillor or clinical psychologist who specialises in body image and issues of self confidence relating to the way your body is.
