It’s unfortunate that you’ve had this experience. It appears that you would most likely benefit from revision surgery. Your implants need to be repositioned since at the moment, they appear to be sitting too high on your chest rather than being centred around your nipples. You may also benefit from more of a lift.

Implant malposition can be corrected with breast revision surgery. Unfortunately there is not always one easy solution for revision surgery so you will need an in-person consultation with a thorough breast exam to determine the best course of action to achieve your desired goals.

Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.
