It’s unfortunate that you’ve had this experience. It appears that you would most likely benefit from revision surgery. Your implants need to be repositioned since at the moment, they appear to be sitting too high on your chest rather than being centred around your nipples. You may also benefit from more of a lift.

Your implant malposition can be fixed. It will require a thorough evaluation to determine the best course of action.

You do have considerable asymmetry and the impact is not optimally filling out on one side. With revision you should be able to get significant improvement.

One implant is sitting a little high. the lateral and inferior pocket could be adjusted to let it settle down better. You could try oral Accolate, wearing a breast band, and external ultrasound treatments first to see if these will improve the position of the implant/.

In reviewing your case, it appears that your right breast implant is still riding high and is malpositioned. That said partial or complete capsulectomy on the right side would allow the implant to soften and settle into a more natural position. The challenge is trying to get it to match the left side. The procedure would take 30-45min and recovery would be 5-7days.
