Why do I have a flat spot under my breast? (Photo)

Question

I am 9 months after my surgery. My left breast has a weird flat-ish spot underneath when I lift my arm. It almost looks like the breast tissue is separate from the implant. My doctor said there is no signs of capsular contracture. What is this from? Is there a repair? I had a lift and implants.

That looks like a suture came out and then the wound healed over the space but hard to be completely sure.

Many times this is your old breast fold and correction of this would involve removal of excess breast skin horizontally in the fold. This probably could be done under local anesthetic in the office.
