I’ve got my breast implant removal book in a few weeks. I’ve got a dental abscess and currently on antibiotics for it. My dentist is wanting to wait a while before doing the root canal so it won’t be done before my surgery. Should my surgery be postponed or would this not affect it.

Fat grafting may help restore some volume, but not the same volume as implants. You might even consider going with something smaller. An examination is needed to see if a lift is required. You will be flatter and have more loose tissue because of the stretching by the implants.
