I had my breast augmentation 6 months ago, 350cc HP round smooth implants, during my consultation I expressed my desire for good upper pole volume. My new breasts feel very natural so I’m happy with that aspect however I can’t help but feel they’re dropping too much too soon? I look flat chested still in any low cut tops, I have no upper pole but not sure if there’s a problem or if I’m just being greedy! Pics are around the same time but different posture and angles as some are surgeon photos.
Answer: Are my boobs dropping too low 6 months post-op? Hello and thank you for posting. Your breasts look fine but it’s ok to be a little greedy. I understand you did not get what you wanted. Your implants have dropped rather soon and I believe you would benefit from a breast lift if you are ok with the scars. Larger implants to fill out the skin would probably weigh down on your breasts even more, so I wouldn’t recommend them. I believe you can get breast lift with these same implants. Please understand that circumferential lifts do well in hiding the scars but they do not lift as much as an anchor lift or lollipop lift. This is something you can address with your surgeon.

Answer: Implants From your photos it appears your implants have settled and healed appropriately. An in person examination is best but if you would like more upper pole fullness you may need to consider a lift. I encourage you to speak with your surgeon about your concerns.

Answer: Breast lift Thank you for your questions and pictures! It does look like your breast implants are low on your chest wall. You may benefit from some internal sutures to push the implant up on your chest wall. I would consult with your original surgeon and express your concerns with him or her. Best of luck!

Answer: BA results Dear gemmamarie, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Are my boobs dropping too low after breast augmentation? Thank you for your question and photograph. Of course and in person examination is a better method for at your question. That said your result looks quite natural and appropriate. Based on your photographs I do not think your implants have dropped to low rather they have occupied a normal position. It is important to understand that the uplifted look seen when the breast are in a bikini or brawl only possible when a push-up bra or bikini is worn. Breasts normally fall to a natural position.
