So I had my first rhinoplasty a year and a month ago and I have noticed it looks bent my surgeon says this is because in the week after the way the bone heals can be unpredictable and one side has healed in and the other out? Can that happen? For my revision he is going to cut into the other side to make it symmetrical. is that the course that would take to make it straight? He says pushing out the other side is too risky. AndI’m having closed rhinoplasty because of the scar tissue build up
