12+ months post closed rhinoplasty, virtually no difference. Any advice? (photos)

Had closed Rhinoplasty over 12 months ago by very reputable clinic in London. The main reason for procedure was for bulbous nose/tip. I feel there is virtually no difference from my pre op nose having paid many thousands. I had brought up concerns from 3 months onward. However I was patient. 6 months was prescribed 0.1% tretenoin by plastic surgeon as said this would thin skin and help wrap around cartilage. Now 12months+ and sttill like nose pre op. Feel duped. Any advice/thoughts please?
