I feel like my nose looks shorter now after the tip was lifted. Is anyone able to identify what was done here? (photos)

My rhinoplasty was mostly to smooth out a dorsal hump. Right before surgery doctor asked if I would like the tip lifted slightly, I agreed "a tiny bit". I feel like my nose looks shorter now after the tip was lifted. I don't love the overall result and I feel like the lifting of the tip is the culprit of this as it seems to have changed the angle of projection outwards from my face. I no longer like the naso-labial angle either. I can't work out what has gone wrong here?
