Nose has collapsed and flattened - Is this internal valve collapsed? (photo)

Berrysweet
I had Rhinoplasty in seoul in 2014. Ever since then, one side of my nose collapsed, and flattened.. I sought advice from 3-4 ENT doctors, and they do not think there is a major issue, as my nose is functional except an enlargement of turbinate glands, and persistent sinusitis which had become chronic. My left nose starts to develop darkend dent at the side. Y? What can I do about it? Should I ue fat graft on the side to compensate the loss of tissue?
