I had a revision rhinoplasty 10 years ago and got a good result, functionally and aesthetically. However, I still notice subtle changes in my nose over time. If I look at photos from a year ago, there is more swelling than there is now. My question is, will this ever plateau? Everything I read says the “final result” is apparent in 2 years or so, but this definitely doesn’t seem to be the case with me.

Hi, thank you for your question. Your nose seems deviated from inside and below, basically. So, needs a septoplasty+limited rhinoplasty. RegardsCem Altindag
Hi, thank you for the question. Your tip could be reversed with a revision. Please send us face images (front, side profiles and base view). You should mention how many surgeries you had an other info. Regards. Dr.Cem Altindag Istanbul
