Deviated nose after rhinosepto done about a decade ago--possible to fix with a revision? (photos)

Some surgeons I have spoken to have said my deviation is hard to correct and have refused to take me on. Is it entirely hopeless? Did a rhinosepto about a decade ago, and ended up with a major septum deviation. It is mainly the crookness I want to fix, not bothered with size and droopiness. Can my nose be improved and if yes, which procedures should I look to get? have also heard that I may have cartilage deviation which apparently is impossible to fix. Is this true?
