My doctor used tongue in groove to reduce movement of my tip and lift it slightly but it doesn’t suit my face. I suited a slightly longer nose better. My doctor said he removed minimal cartilage when doing the TIG and I can see that the tip is really still the same except for being higher and slightly upwardly rotated. I read that TIG is reversible but not sure exactly what that means for me. Could my nose be “let down” or derotated so to speak with a revision to reverse the TIG?

Hi @Hazel2019. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are options for you that can be determined after examination.
Best of luck,
Dr. Nima
Bossae are visible edges of nasal tip cartilages that may occur after rhinoplasty, and nasal bossae are more prone in those with this nasal skin. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for camouflage. Microneedling would not help bossae. Hope...
Hi, thank you for your question. We should evaluate with another face images -taken from 50 cm.- Clear images front, oblique (from 45 degree) side profiles. It appears, you had a suture reaction and/ or cartilage bump. Regards
